Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped. Since we aim to process orders quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
